Install ring nut, seal and heat shield ring on front
exhaust manifold.
Assemble both exhaust manifolds and screw on ring
nuts by hand.
Attach exhaust manifold on cylinder head.
INSTALLATION: Give threads of ring nuts a light
coat of copper paste, HWB No. 8122 9400 794.
Tighten ring nuts to 200 ... 220 Nm (148 to 162 ft.
Ibs.).
NOTE: Use a 1/2" torque wrench in conjunction
with Special Tool 11 6010.
