SERVICE SCHEDULE
S10A: Every 10 service hours - corresponds to about 70 liters of fuel (18.5 US gal) / after every race
S30A: Every 30 service hours - corresponds to about 210 liters of fuel (55.5 US gal)
Important maintenance work to be carried out by an authorized KTM workshop (as an additional order)
8.2
Change the oil in the front shock absorber.
Service the front shock absorber.
Change the oil in the rear shock absorber.
Service the rear shock absorber.
Treat electric contacts with contact spray.
Change hydraulic clutch fluid.
Change brake fluid.
Check wear of clutch discs.
Check long clutch springs.

Check clutch slave cylinder for dents.
Check outer clutch hub for dents.
Check/measure the cylinder.
Replace piston.

Check the camshafts.
x
Check wear of valve spring seat.
Check wear of valve guides.
Change the valves.
x
Change the valve springs.
x
Check the timing-chain tensioner function.
