The 'Select command' and 'Select option' options dialog windows have 6 dynamic
menu entries. Menu entries that are not available to use are not displayed. If there
are more than 6 entries, the menu entries are displayed across several pages. Use
the 'Page left' and 'Page right' buttons to toggle between the pages.
