1 Is problem corrected when head clean-
ing "CLEANING (A)" is carried out? Is
it corrected when cleaning is repeated
several times?
2 Is problem corrected when head clean-
ing "CLEANING (B)" is carried out? Is
it corrected when cleaning is repeated
several times?
3 "CLEANING (A) or CLEANING(B)"
is carried out, is waste ink properly
sucked up from the restoration tub unit?
4 Is there any dirt or foreign matter adher-
ing to the blade?
5 Is the blade scratched or deformed?
6 Has a large amount of waste ink col-
lected on the absorber? When removing
the head, is there a large amount of ink
adhering to the face of the head?
7 Is the problem corrected when the head
face cleared by dust-free sponge.
8 Is the problem corrected when the BJ
head is replaced?
9 Is the problem corrected when Engine 2
PCB is replaced?
10 Is the problem corrected when Engine 1
PCB is replaced?
