. Use the up/down ($%) button to move to a desired item.
~ USER ID: Select a user ID.
You will have a total of 10 IDs available including Admin.
- ADMIN: The administrator can set and perform all
features of the DVR.
- MANAGER: In a local PC, you can change the
password of the manager and perform backup. You
can access Client Setup, Backup, Player, Search, and
Remote Viewer directly from the Web Viewer.
- USER: In a local PC, you can change the password of
the user and perform backup.
You can access Client Setup, Player, Search, and Remote Viewer directly from the Web Viewer. You
can backup the user data in a local PC, but not in the Web Viewer.

USER PW: Provide the default password.

~ NEW PW/CONFIRM: Provide a new password.
. Provide a new password and select <eNter> to apply the new password; if you enter an invalid
password, an error message will appear.
. When done, select <esc>.
Your setting will be applied.

Buzzer setup

You can set whether to use the buzzer sound.
See the previous section to repeat steps 1~3. (Page 30)
. Use the up/down ($%) button to select <BuZZer
setuP>, and press [OK].
The "BuZZer setuP" screen appears.
. Use the up/down ($%) button to move to a desired item.
KEY TONE: Set the key tone of the button.

VIDEO LOSS: Set to sound the buzzer if a video loss
~
occurs.
~ ALARM ACTIVE: Set to sound the buzzer on a sensor
signal input.
MOTION DETECT: Set to sound the buzzer when a
~
motion is detected.
. When done, select <OK>.
Your setting will be applied.
If you select <DeFault>, the settings will be restored to the factory default.
. To return to the previous menu, select <esc>.

The manager can change only his/her own password. In similarity, the user can change only his/her own
password. Only the administrator can change all passwords for all accounts
