Disable Call Forwarding
You can disable call forwarding when you no longer want to forward calls.
To disable call forwarding:
1 Navigate to Settings > Features > Forward.
2 If the system has multiple lines, select a line.
3 From the Forwarding Type Select screen, tap Disable Call Forwarding.
Forwarding Incoming Lync Calls
When the system is registered with Lync 2013 Server, you have more options for forwarding calls. Check
with your system administrator to find out if this feature is available.
You can forward all Lync calls to your line in the following ways:

Forward Lync Calls to a Contact
●
Forward Calls to Voicemail
●
Simultaneously Ring a Group of Contacts
Forward Lync Calls to a Contact
You can set up the system to forward all incoming calls directly to a Lync contact.
To forward all Lync calls to a contact:
1 Navigate to Settings > Features > Forward > Forward to a Contact.
2 Do one of the following:
Enter a contact's number and tap Ok.
Tap Search, enter your contact's name, select your contact, and tap Forward.
Tap Contacts, choose a contact from the Contact's list, and tap Forward.
A scrolling message showing that you have forwarded all incoming calls to your contact is displayed
in the status bar.
Forward Calls to Voicemail
When you are signed into Lync on the system, you have the option to forward Lync calls to your voicemail.
Note: Forward to Voicemail option not available when voicemail is disabled
The Forward to Voicemail option for the Call Forwarding feature is available only when voicemail is
enabled. If voicemail is disabled, you cannot select the Forward to Voicemail option.
To forward all Lync calls to voicemail:
» Navigate to Settings > Features > Forward > Forward to Voicemail.
All incoming calls are sent directly to your voicemail.
