Callers do not receive Off-Premise Message Notification and when you try to record a
greeting, prompt or name using CallPilot Manager your telephone does not ring
If you use AMIS networking, make sure that you have more than one outcalling channel set in
CallPilot Manager. For how to set outcalling channels, refer to the CallPilot Manager Set Up and
Operation Guide. If you have one channel set for outcalling, it is possible that while AMIS calls
are in progress, Off-Premise Message Notification does not occur and you cannot use CallPilot
Manager for recording greetings, prompts or names.
