Gearbox component tightening torques

All component tightening torques listed are given in Newton
metres. Please ensure that your torque wrench is calibrated
correctly!
Oil fill plug
Oil drain plug
Gearbox casing nut
Input shaft nut
Input shaft nut
Pinion shaft nut
Selector fork screw
Drive flange bolts
Crown wheel to diff carrier
Smear threads lightly with Loctite 270 before fitting, renew bolts when
replacing crown wheel
Gearbox mount on chassis
