7 Install and screw the receiver to the Electronic Controls Assembly housing using the two Philips head
screws removed in the previous step.
8 Locate the on/off switch on the appliance. Access the back of the switch and
remove the green and white wires. Remove the switch from its mounting location.
Install the switch blank (included with the remote kit) into the empty mounting hole
where switch was removed.
Squeeze tabs in to remove switch
9 Follow the green and white wires from the back of the on/off switch, to where they
attach to the control module. Disconnect the green, plastic connector with wires
attached from the control module by lifting straight up (location is marked X4 on the
module). Remove the connector and wires from the unit and discard.
