Canceling Direct Transmission (during Scanning)

1 Press the

• The transmission (scanning) operation is paused.

To cancel the paused transmission, press the
FUNCTION CLEAR
• To resume the paused transmission, press the

key.
• If you do not do anything for about 15 seconds after the
pause of the transmission, the direct TX mode might be
cleared.

Tip
Even if you cancel transmission in the direct TX mode, the part
of the original that was being sent before transmission was

canceled is sent to the remote FAX.
