Automatically Outputting Lists and Reports

Reports are output if output conditions are satisfied when AUTOMATIC JOURNAL is set "ON".
• Lists and reports are output on LT/A4-size paper.
• If the copier is out of LT/A4-size paper, lists and reports are output on larger size paper.
• Transmission journal
• Reception journal
• Memory transmission report
• Multi-transmission report
• Polling report
• Mailbox reception report
• Relay TX end terminal report
• Power failure list

: Output after every 40 or 120 transmissions. Switching the number of
communications output
: Output after every 40 or 120 receptions. Switching the number of

: Output when memory TX fails. Reduced document is attached.(*1)(*2)
: After multi-address transmission has ended, this report is output to
show the results of transmission in two separate reports, one for
terminals to which the original was sent successfully and one for
terminals to which transmission failed.
: After polling RX has ended, this report is output to show the results of
reception in two separate reports, one for terminals from which origi-
nals were received successfully and one for terminals from which
reception failed.
: Output when the original is received in the confidential, bulletin board
or relay mailbox.
: After transmission to the relay transmission end terminals has ended,
this report is output to show the results of transmission in two sepa-
rate reports, one for terminals to which the original was sent suc-
cessfully and one for terminals to which transmission failed.
: The data from all the documents which have been erased from the
memory will be output when the main power switch is turned ON
after the power has failed during FAX communication.
