Status of the hazardous area, e.g., based on speed monitoring or safe time off delay.
OFF: Machine in "non-safe" state.
ON: Machine in safe state.

OFF: Guard is not locked.
ON: Guard is locked.
Operator intervention - request to unlock the guard.
OFF: No request.
ON: Request made.
