A program operation is suspended while the operation status of the CPU module is in STOP or PAUSE. Consequently,
measurement of the i_dMonitoringTimer elapsed time is stopped. The measurement of the i_dMonitoringTimer elapsed time
continues until the time configured in safety FB input signal "i_dMonitoringTime", even after i_bS_EDM1 and i_bS_EDM2 are
set to ON or OFF properly according to the status of whether o_bS_EDM_Out is ON or OFF.
