Although it is suggested that you configure your workout settings / options before you head out
for your workout, there is an option to edit the workout settings (GPS and Race Mode) just
before beginning the workout.
The GPS function can be disabled when using the watch indoors or in a location that does not
receive GPS signal; you will record a workout with time data only. If you want to see distance,
pace / speed, elevation and / or calorie data, you must be outside and GPS must be enabled. If
GPS is enabled, you will have to wait for the GPS fix before you will be able to start the workout.
NOTE: Workout settings are saved. If you turn off GPS for this workout you will need to
remember to enable GPS the next time you use the Chrono workout feature.
Once both GPS icons are solid and have stopped flashing, press the Menu / Enter button to
Start the Chrono Workout.
WATCH USAGE NOTE:
Use the Up Button to scroll through available training pages.
Use the Menu / Enter button to Pause or Stop the Chrono Workout.
