OVERVIEW

USING THE AUTOLOCATOR

If you know the locate number you wish to go to, simply press the large GOTO key, enter a two-digit number on the
numeric keypad and hit the flashing ENTER key - the project will locate to that autolocate memory. The function
works whether the project is playing or not. If the project is playing, pressing GOTO will cause playback to stop and
it will locate to the selected memory. Press PLAY to play from that point.
Although the GOTO function is designed to be used 'blind' without referring to the LCD , when you press GOTO, a
prompt is also shown on the LCD:
You can.....
Press GOTO followed by IN to locate to the IN point
Press GOTO followed by OUT to locate to the OUT point
Press GOTO followed by REWIND to locate to the start of a project
Press GOTO followed by F.FWD to locate to the end of a project
Press GOTO and use the NUMERIC keypad to type in a locate memory number followed by ENTER or GOTO
[F6] or GOTO & PLAY [F3/4]
Press GOTO and CURSOR UP/DOWN to select a memory to locate to followed by ENTER or GOTO [F6] or
GOTO & PLAY [F3/4]
Pressing ENTER or GOTO will simply locate to the memorised point. However, pressing GOTO+PLAY (F3/4) will
locate to the selected memory and will automatically put the DPS24 into play.
Whichever key you press to locate, the prompt closes when you press it.
