Install Displacement Pump

D200 3 in. and D200s 6.5 in. Supply Units
NXT Air Motors
1. Insert displacement pump on platen. Follow Con-
nect Platen steps on page 24.
2. See Reconnect Displacement Pump in
Check-Mate Pump Packages manual 312376.
3. Reconnect ground wire and air motor harness (units
with Remote DataTrak) if they were disconnected.

4. Connect air motor:

1. Raise ram to install displacement pump to platen.

4. Tighten nuts (103) and washers (102) to top of

Do not remove or adjust the nuts (103) below the
brackets. If the nuts are adjusted the pump will not
fully engage with the platen or the smaller distance
will put stress on the motor, tie rods, and displace-
ment pump.

a. For NXT 2200-6500 with 55 gallon platen: Use
wrench on nut (105) on top of ram bar to lower
air motor onto displacement pump. See F
on page 24. Thread nut (105) up and tighten it
under ram bar. Tighten nut (105) below the
crossbar to 25 ft-lb (34 N•m) maximum.
b. For NXT with smaller platen: If the motor was
removed, tighten set screws (111) and washers
(110) on mounting bracket (109). See F
on page 27.
