NOTE: With reaction carrier held, center
support should only turn counter-clockwise
after installation.
21. Install J-21795 on gear unit assembly to hold units
in place.
22. Install output shaft to case thrust washer tabs in
pockets (fig. 126T), and retain with petrolatum.

NOTE: Due to the configuration of the body
floor pan, it is necessary to modify the
standard Service Case when used as a
replacement part for the Corvette.
