p2p: Point-to-point subinterface.
Usage guidelines
To create an MFR subinterface successfully, make sure the MFR interface already exists.
To use the undo interface mfr command to delete an MFR interface, delete all physical interfaces from the
MFR interface.
An MFR interface with one or more bundle links in the up state is physically up. It is down when all bundle
links are physically down. The link layer protocol of an MFR interface is determined by LMI packet
negotiation.
Examples
# Create a multilink frame relay bundle interface MFR4 with a point-to-multipoint subinterface.

Views

Default command level
2: System level
Parameters
interface-number: MFR interface number.
Usage guidelines
Before performing this command, make sure that the specified MFR interface already exists. A maximum
of 16 physical interfaces can be bundled onto an MFR interface.
To delete a physical interface from an MFR interface, use the link-protocol command on the interface to
configure a link layer protocol except MFR.
After MFR encapsulation is enabled on a physical interface, the interface belongs to an MFR interface
and cannot be configured with any FR-related commands except MFR. In addition, the queuing type on
the interface can be configured as first in first out (FIFO) only. If the interface uses another queuing type
before you configure the MFR encapsulation, the interface is forced to use FIFO after you configure the
MFR encapsulation.
