Performing diagnostics

The Diagnostics command displays the following IP Deskphone-specific
information.
• Diag Tools (Ping, do Route Traces)
• EtherStats (Speed, Auto Neg, CRC Errors, Collision)
• IP Stats (Packet Info)
• RUDP Stats (Message receive or transmit)
• QoS Stats
Use the following procedure to view diagnostic information.

Cancel
2. Press the Up
through the list and view IP Deskphone
information.
3. Press the Cancel
modifications.
1. Press the Services
Telephone Options, and select
Diagnostics.
2. Press the Up
through the list of diagnostic information.
3. Press the Cancel
the Telephone Options
Basic features
or Down keys to scroll
soft key to cancel the
key, select
or Down keys to scroll
soft key to return to
menu.
