    Welcome Welcome The Avaya 1200 Series offers two models of IP Deskphones: the Avaya 1220 and the1230 IP Deskphones. The Avaya 1220 and 1230 IP Deskphones bring voice and data to your desktop by connecting directly to a Local Area Network (LAN) through an Ethernet connection. The IP Deskphones communicatee using Session Initiated Protocol (SIP) after the software is upgraded to a SIP-enabled version.

    Attaching the foot stand (optional) Attach the foot stand in the appropriate slots depending on the desired angle for your Avaya 1200 Series IP Deskphone. If you insert the foot stand into the upper slots, your IP Deskphone sits at a 25-degree angle.

During the interval, any CCR Agent hunt group calls are prevented but direct calls to your extension are received.This feature prevents incoming hunt group calls for an interval of time that is set by your system administrator.
