5.1 Overview

Use the Monitor screens to check status and statistics information.

5.1.1 What You Can Do in this Chapter

• The Network Status screen
packet statistics.
• The AP Information > Radio List screen
radio transmitters in the NWA/WAC.
• The Station Info screen
stations.
• The WDS Link Info screen
(Wireless Distribution System) connections.
• The Detected Device screen

Rogue AP
Rogue APs are wireless access points operating in a network's coverage area that are not under the
control of the network's administrators, and can open up holes in a network's security. See

Friendly AP
Friendly APs are other wireless access points that are detected in your network, as well as any others that
you know are not a threat (those from neighboring networks, for example). See
