8.3.14 IGBT

1. Remove 2 screws (T20) from each of the 3 IGBTs.
CAUTION
The IGBTs and the heat sink have thermal paste on them.
Wear protective gloves as the paste is poisonous.
2. Remove all IGBTs.
Reinstall in the reverse order.

Remove 2 screws (T20) from each of the 3
thyristors.
Remove the thyristors.
Remove 2 screws (T20) from the 2 cover plates.
Remove the LCP cradle.
Remove 3 screws (T10) from the control card.
Remove the control card.
Remove 2 screws (T20) from the bracket next to
the control card mounting plate.
Remove 4 screws (T20) to remove the control
card mounting plate.
Unplug the LCP ribbon cable.
Remove the control card mounting plate.
