3.3.6 Removing the motor
(See Fig.6)
• Remove the clamper base.
• Remove the tray drive board.
(1) From the top side of the DVD mechanism assembly, re-
move the belt of the pulley gear.
Note:
Take care not to attach grease on the belt.
(2) Remove the screw C attaching the motor to the DVD mech-
anism assembly.
3.3.7 Removing the DVD traverse mechanism assembly
(See Figs.7)
• Remove the DVD servo board.
• Remove the clamper base.
(1) From the top side of the DVD mechanism assembly, re-
move the four screws D attaching the DVD traverse mech-
anism assembly to the loading base.
(2) Take out the DVD traverse mechanism assembly from the
loading base.
