The mobile DVRs provide one SD card slot. Please follow the steps below to install the SD Card. Up to 128GB SDHC / SDXC cards are supported (see Appendix G Tested Card Brands). For EMV400S FHD, the SD card is used for general recording. For EMV400SSD, the SD card is used for alarm event backup recording only.

Record Overwrite: Check the box to overwrite the storage (SSD and SD card) when it is full. Note that unless this box is checked, or the mobile DVR will stop recording when the storage is full.

EMV400S FHD / EMV400SSD Mobile DVR 6.4 Event You can configure the Alarm, Video Loss, Motion and Other settings in this menu. 6.4.1 Alarm Alarm: Select an Alarm input number from 1 to 16. Enable: Check the box to enable the Alarm trigger function for the selected alarm input.
