1.TROUBLESHOOTING FOR THE HARDWARE
Paper jam in the lower receiving stacker
Raise the lever and open the upper receiving stacker of the finisher.

Remove the jammed paper.

Remove the jammed paper.

If the paper is caught by the roller in the exit section, remove it by lifting the roller up with your fingers.
