Process
83 Inspect the transmission shaft and the steering tie rod
84 Inspect the protective sleeve of transmission shaft universal joint for breakage
85 Inspect the protective sleeve of steering cross tie rod universal joint assembly for breakage
86 Inspect the ball-head protective sleeve of knuckle and the clearance
87 Lower the vehicle
88 Fasten the tyre nuts and install back the spare tyre and the accompanying tools
89 Add the specified-volume engine oil
90 Start the engine for 3 minutes
91 Test the engine computer and the sensor
92 Shut down the engine, wait for 90 seconds and then confirm the level of engine oil
Raise the vehicle again, inspect the engine oil filter, the oil pan, the oil drain bolts and the gearbox for oil leakage,

and then lower the vehicle
94 Conduct the trial run to inspect the vehicle, and then fill in the work card with all inspection results
95 Wash the vehicle
96 Accompany the customer to inspect the vehicle and pay the fares
97 Remind the customer of the next maintenance
98 Take off three sleeves and one pad
99 Thanks and look after the customer
Note: For the manual transmission, replace the gear oil of transmission every year or every 30,000km; replace the transfer case gear oil every 50000Km for 4WD vehicle only; replace
the rear axle main reducer oil every 50000Km for 4WD vehicle only; replace the brake fluid every 2 years or every 40,000km. Suggest cleaning the throttle valve body every 15,000km.
