4. Troubleshooting Paper Delivery Problems

1. In [Advanced Settings] for the custom paper in use, select [Fusing Heat Roller
Temperature Adj] and reduce the value by 5 °C.
2. Print a full-page solid-fill image. Is the problem resolved?
Yes Finished!
No Further reduce the value by 5 °C until the problem is resolved.
If the problem persists, contact your service representative.
• To use the decurler unit, specify [Adjust Paper Curl] in the [Machine: Paper Feed/ Output] group
on the [Adjustment Settings for Skilled Operators] menu.
