Paper jammed in one of the optional trays
Open the specified tray, and then pull the jammed pages out.
1.
After removing the tray, the tray above may need to be opened to access the jam.
2.
Close the tray.
3.
Touch Continue.
4.
250 paper jam
Press the paper release lever, and then remove the jammed pages from the multipurpose feeder.
1.
Load new paper into the multipurpose feeder.
2.
Touch Continue.
