3.4.2.1 LED does not Operate
Start
All LEDs do not operate?
Yes
3.3 V power is normal?
Yes
Check the CPLD(U1) LED
output.
Yes
Replace CPLD(U1)

Replace the LED of the port.

Check the PSU output and replace PSU.
Check the pattern and resistance
between U1 and LED.
