3.1.3 Abnormal Battery Backup (2)

If the problem with battery backup is not resolved even if the operator followed the '3.1.3
Abnormal Battery Backup(1)' procedure, follow the items below:
Check the battery voltage while
the battery is disconnected.
Connect the battery and turn the
battery switch on.
Is the LED of MP10/11 turned on?
Yes

- Check if the PSU connector is
connected while the system power
No
cord is pulled off.
- If –54 V is not generated, check the
battery connection.
- If the battery connection is proper,
check the fuse of PSU.
