4.1.2 Performing Functions

It is available to perform the following five functions on the initial window.
Formatting
Copying files(PC to SMC, SMC to PC)
Viewing the directory(The same as the DIR function in the DOS mode)
Deleting files(Deleting files partially)
Analyzing the SMC
It is available to create the SMC which enables to operate the OfficeServ 7100 system via
the above five functions. The following describes the methods to use these functions.
4.1.2.1 Formatting
Format the new SMC to be used in the OfficeServ 7100 system.
1) Enter [4] on the initial window and press the [ENTER] key, and then the [Format
Menu] window appears as follows. Enter [1] and press the [ENTER] key.
