Blade replacement

N WARNING
- Put on a pair of work gloves before performing the following procedures.
When you check the blades and find that the blades must be replaced, follow the steps below to replace
them.
To maintain balance, change all 3 blades and their bolts when you replace the blades.
Part number for replacement blade: 72511-VP7-010
Part number for replacement bolt: 90103-VP7-010
NOTE:
- This work requires technical skill and knowledge, as well as special tools. If you cannot perform the steps
below with the proper tools, consult your dealer.
Removal
Check that the power is turned off, and then turn

the lawnmower upside down.
Hold the base of the blade disc with a 24 mm

spanner so that the blade disc does not rotate
when you rotate the bolts.
Remove the bolt from each blade with a 4 mm

hexagon wrench.
Installation
Insert a new bolt through each new blade and

lightly tighten with the hexagon wrench.
Tighten the bolts to the specified torque value

using a torque wrench.
3.4~5.0 N • m (0.35~0.50 kgf • m, 2.5~3.6 lbf • ft)
NOTE:
- If you do not have a torque wrench, have your
dealer perform the work.
Check that the blades rotate smoothly. If they

do not rotate smoothly, perform removal and
installation of the bolts again.
Blade replacement
Hold the blade disc in place
Insert a spanner between the blade
disc holder and the lawnmower
body.
