Adding cleaning agent

Miele recommends to use process
chemicals supplied by Miele only to
ensure good cleaning results and a
material compatibility between
machine and process chemicals.

Only use cleaning agents
suitable for lab washers. Do not use
cleaning agents designed for
domestic dishwashers.
A liquid cleaning agent can be
dispensed via the optional DOS module
K 60 (DOS 1). The machine must be set
up for this by a Miele service
technician. The DOS module is
connected externally.
See "Programmable functions" for
details on how to vent the dispensing
system and set the dosage.
We recommend using a DOS
module (available as an optional
extra) for the dispensing of liquid
cleaning agent.
Liquid cleaning agent has to be used
on Programme "Organica".
Dispensing chemical agents

Adding powder cleaning agent

Do not inhale or ingest powder
cleaning agent. It can cause burning
in the mouth and throat and inhibit
breathing.
Powder cleaning agent must be placed
in the powder cleaning agent dispenser
before every programme (except with
"Rinse" and "Drain").
Dosage example:
Approx. 10.5 litres of water are taken
into the machine in the "Main wash"
programme stage.
30 g of cleaning agent will be required
for a cleaning agent concentration of
approx. 3 g/l.
Follow manufacturer's instructions if
they differ.
