(8) Customize function setting of key lock

The key lock customize function is used for the free setting of disabled buttons in the state of key lock as described
in "5.-(7) Key lock setup". It is possible to disable operation and also set up the absolute deletion of button pictogram
and numerals.
Customized key lock data is stored in the panel.
It is also possible to copy the customize data to another panel.
