When using SD card Record, the max frame rate is
15(NTSC) / 12(PAL).
There are two options: VBR and CBR.
Transmission
Priority Please note, you can set video quality in VBR mode.
Under MJPEG mode, only CBR is available.

Bit Rate
See reference bit stream for recommended value.
I Frame Here you can set the P frame amount between two I
Interval frames. The value ranges from 1 to 150.
Recommended value is frame rate.
H.264 ：Main profile encode mode.
H.265 ：Main profile encode mode.
MJPEG (WV-V2530LK, WV-V1330LK)：In this
encode mode, the video needs larger bit stream
to guarantee the video definition. You can use
the max bit stream value in the recommend bit
to get the better video output effect.
For each resolution, the recommended bit
stream value is different.
In VBR, the bit rate here is the max value. In
CBR, it is a fixed value.
