Utility mode
– An account name that is already registered cannot be registered for a different account.
The account name is set.

Touch [Password].
– If no password is to be registered, continue with step 13.
– If no password is registered, a user can log on to the machine without entering a password in the
logon screen.
The Change Password screen appears.

Touch [New Password].
The Password screen appears.

Type in the password (up to 8 characters), and then touch [OK].

Touch [Confirm New Password].
The Password screen appears.

Type in the same password again for confirmation, touch [OK], and then touch [OK] in the next screen
that appears.
The password is set.

Touch [Output Permission].
The Output Permission screen appears.

Touch the button for the desired setting.
– To permit printing/scanning by the account, touch [Allow].
