Is the recording paper damp?
Are there any foreign particles
or stains in the paper path?
Is the recording paper skewing?
Are there any foreign particles
or stains in the Fuser Unit?

Replace the recording paper.
Remove any obstructions, and
clean the paper path.
Ensure the paper is set under the
Paper Separation Clips in the
Cassette.
1. Remove any foreign particles, or
clean the stains.
2. Replace the Fuser Unit.
