•
Remove the unit and ink cartridges from the box.

Removing packaging material from the unit

Remove the tapes and the plastic bag for transportation from the
unit and then take the binding wire out for the AC power cord.

Lift the paper support up, get the Setup Manual off the unit and
then remove the tape including the white paper.

Open the scanner lid, then remove the protective paper.
