CHASSIS
HANDLEBAR
REMOVAL
Remove the left and right rear
view
mirrors.
m
Shift the clutch cover boot towards the cable
side.
m
Loosen
the
lock nut
@ofclutch
lever
portion
to
fully tighten adjuster

Align
the
grooves
of the
adjuster and
lock
nut
with
that of the
clutch
lever to remove clutch
cable from the clutch lever.

Remove vinyl bands from
the
left and
right 0 6
the handlebar.
Remove screws
for mounting
the
left handle
bar switch to separate the upper
and
lower
portions
of the switch.

Remove screws for mounting the right handle
bar
switch
to
Separale
the upper and lower
portions of the switch.
Remove
the master cylinder clamp bolts.
Remove
together throttle grip and throttle
wire from the handle bar.

Remove the handlebar clamping bolts and
remove handle
holders.

To remove the clutch lever from the
MOUNTING
m
Pass both the throttle grip and the
throttle
wire through
the handlebar from the
sight
side.
Align punched mark on the handlebar
with
the upper
end
of steering upper bracket to
mount the handlebar.
At
this time the front
and
rear holder
bolts
must be
tightened
with
the same clearance.

tightening
torque for
the handle bar
holder bolt is 1.2

mirrors.

Adjust the clutch

lever bolt on the clutch side

loosen the adjuster lock nut and
remove
the adjuster.

the
clutch cable from
