Replacing the B16S fan assemblies

The B16S has two fan assemblies, both accessible from the rear. Each assembly
has a fan which pulls warm air out of the chassis.
You can remove and replace a fan assembly while the B16S is powered on and
running.
To replace the fan tray, you need the following:
v A new fan assembly.
v An ESD strap (provided with the fan assembly kit) or an ESD wrist strap with a
