本章では、TOE の利用者役割、TOE の論理的範囲、および物理的範囲について記述する。
1.4.1. TOE 関連の利用者役割 (User Assumptions)
本 ST で、TOE に対して想定する利用者役割を Table 2 に記述する。

Any authorized User.
A User who is authorized to
perform User Document Data
processing functions of the TOE.
A User who has been specifically
granted the authority to manage
some portion or all of the TOE and
whose actions may affect the TOE
security policy (TSP).
Administrators may possess
special privileges that provide
capabilities to override portions of
the TSP.
A person or organizational entity
responsible for protecting TOE
assets and establishing related
security policies．


