8. To unlock the traction drive, turn the by-pass valve 1 complete
revolution counterclockwise using a 5/8 inch or 16 mm
wrench.

Hour Meter
The hour meter records the number of hours the engine has
operated. It operates when the engine is running. Use these
times for scheduling regular maintenance (Figure 4).
Safety Interlock Indicators
There are symbols on the hour meter and they indicate with a
black triangle that the interlock component is in the correct
position (Figure 5).
