Installing the Rear Wheels
Parts needed for this step:

Wheel assembly
Procedure
1. Remove the fasteners securing the wheels.
2. Remove the shipping bracket secured to the
wheel studs.
3. Mount the wheels with the previously removed
fasteners (Figure 3) and torque to 45-65 ft-lb
(61-88 N⋅m).

Installing the Front Wheels

Parts needed for this step:

Procedure
1. Remove the fasteners securing the wheels.
2. Remove the shipping bracket from the spindles.
3. Wheel stud (rear wheel hub
shown)
3. Apply thread locker (blue) to the screw threads.
4. Mount the wheels with the previously removed
fasteners (Figure 4) and torque the bolts to
135-165 ft-lb (183-224 N⋅m).

Installing the Steering
Wheel
Parts needed for this step:

Steering wheel
Procedure
1. Remove the nut and washer from the steering
shaft.
2. Slide the steering wheel and washer onto the
shaft. Position the steering wheel on the shaft
so that the cross beam is horizontal when the
tires are pointed straight ahead and the thicker
spoke of the steering wheel is downward.
3. Secure the steering wheel to the shaft with the
washer and nut (Figure 5). Torque the nut to
18-22 ft-lb (24-29 N⋅m)
