Meaning
The module has completed its power-on self-test and
software initialization and is operating normally.
The module failed its power-on self-test.
The module has been inserted into the chassis and
diagnostics are running.
The switch power is off. If the switch power is on, the
module is going through its power-on self-test and
software initialization. A module in this state is not yet
functional.
