On-demand maintenance procedures
1. Shutting down the heating system
2. Remove and clean heat exchanger baffles
3. Cleaning heat exchanger heater flue (heating surfaces) and combustion
chamber and afterwards refitting heat exchanger baffles in original positions
4. Checking seals/cord gaskets on burner door and burner and replacing as
necessary
5. Inspect and clean condensation heat exchanger system, replace gaskets if
necessary
6. Combustion air supply and flue system
– Clean air supply system
– In the case of concentric combustion air supply and flue pipe, clean the
condensate outlet
7. Start up the heating system
8. Final check of the servicing work
9. Checking safe and proper functioning in operation
Confirmation of properly completed servicing
