4. Remove the pick-up roller assembly, Figure 3.
5. Thoroughly clean any grease from the shaft, gear, clutch and the inside of the pick-up roller.
Replacement
Replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure. If the friction bearing has detached from the ADF
pick-up assembly, perform the following procedure.
1. Re-position the spring clip in the centre of the 5 indentations, Figure 4.
