Managing files on your PC

ODMS and DSS Player software

The ODMS (Windows) and DSS Player (Macintosh)
software is a fully featured software tool that
provides a simple to use but sophisticated
method for managing your recordings. Some
of the features of the ODMS and DSS Player
software are:
• Customize functions on the recorder.
• Automatic start-up of the application by
connecting the device.
• Automatic download of recorded files by
connecting the device.
• Backup of downloaded recorded files (ODMS
only).
• Automatic transmission of downloaded recorded
files to addresses specified through e-mail and
FTP (ODMS only).
• Automatic transmission of transcribed documents
through e-mail and FTP, as well as recorded files
and link management (ODMS only).
• Changing the recorder's menu settings.
• Direct recording and editing of existing recorded
files through the recorder's button and slide
operation.
• Editing Instruction Comments and Verbal
comments (ODMS only).
• Encrypting recorded files within the folder by
encrypting the folder itself (ODMS only).
• Support front and background voice recognition
local and roaming profile (ODMS only).
• Allow voice recognition text editing with audio
playback for efficient transcription (ODMS only).
