BODY REPAIR
REPLACING THE FENDER AND FRONT PANELS
•
Spot weld together the front edges of
skirt inner and outer panels.
•
With extension electrodes spot weld
the remaining edges.
•
Arc weld the skirt panels to the cross
member and body.
•
At the front, posItion and secure in
place with suitable clamps the skirt
bottom
panel,
then
spot weld the
panel.
