•
Secure
in
place the centre jig for
checking
the gearbox su pport cross
member
and
centre
cross
member
attachments.
•
Hang the body over the bench then
lower it slowly on the rear jacks.
Adjust the position of the rear jacks
lengthwise and secure them in place.
Lower the body further so that it rests
on the four jacks.
•
Act on the adjusting. screws of jacks
until there is a clearance A of 4 to 5
mm between the body and the centre
jig.
