7 Toner Cartridge Jam RAP

Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer supply
while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or injury. Moving
parts can cause injury.
Description
Paper is jammed in the toner cartridge.
Check and Cause
1. Clear any paper jams in the machine.
2. Paper is out of specification.

WARNING
1. Refer to clearing paper jams, GP 6.
2. Use paper within specification and refer to
the User Guide. Recommend the use of good
quality 'long grain' paper.
